Site analysis & set up
If you think a marquee may be the right option for you there are some things we will need to know.
- Approximate date - this will help us advise on the style of marquee that is best for you and also allow us to check availability!
- Approximate number of guests - All our marquees are available in a number of sizes and configurations so knowing the approximate numbers allows us to more accurately advise you on what size, shape and style best suits your event.
- Area of site - A quick measure of the proposed site and a note of any obstructions will be of great help but this doesn’t need to be accurate as we will measure accurately when we do a site visit.
- Type of function - Knowing what your function is going to be, how long it will run, how long you will need to set it up and any theme you may have in mind will help us come up with the best options for you.
When we have this information we will come and visit your site and talk through all the options available to you. Visiting the site enables us to take accurate measurements of the available area as well as get a feel for your requirements and ensure we can quote you accurately for what you want rather than what we want you to have. Site visits are also useful to you as we may be able to make suggestions you have not yet considered and provide you with further ideas or just give you confidence in the ideas you already have.
After completing a site visit we will produce a quotation for your requirements. Our representatives will continue to work with you to refine your quotation to your requirements and are available at any time to answer any questions and queries you may have.
In the run up to your event we will liaise with you to arrange delivery, build and dismantle times and will make any changes you require up to seven days before your event. On erection day our staff together with an event excecutive will attend your site to ensure the correct positioning of the structure and discuss final arrangements.
